​The NSS Unit No. 262 organized a charitable initiative in support of palliative care patients under the Pallikkal Grama Panchayath. The initiative reflected the values of compassion, empathy, and social responsibility while extending meaningful support to families in need.

​On this occasion, a total amount of ₹5,000 was collected and handed over to the Palliative Care Team of the Block Family Health Centre (BFHC), Pallikkal, for distribution among ten palliative care families to support their essential needs. The contribution was received by Dr. Gokul, Sheeba T.V. (HI), PHN In-charge, Junior PHN Rasheeda, and Palliative Care Nurses Bushra and Shahini.

​The NSS Unit expressed its sincere gratitude to Dr. Maya P.V. and her team for their valuable support and cooperation in making this initiative a success. The programme reflected the spirit of compassion, care, and community service while encouraging students to actively participate in humanitarian initiatives and contribute meaningfully to the welfare of society.
