​ The Seethi Haji Memorial Merit Scholarship is instituted by the Management of EMEA Training College, Kondotty, with the objective of promoting academic excellence and encouraging students to achieve outstanding performance in their studies. The scholarship reflects the institution’s commitment to recognizing merit and supporting deserving students.

​In its earlier phase, the scholarship was awarded on the basis of the economic background of students. Applications were invited from eligible students, and financial assistance was provided to ten selected students from economically weaker sections. Under this scheme, each beneficiary received a scholarship amount of ₹500.

​Since 2021, the scholarship has been restructured as a merit-based award to recognize academic achievement. At present, the scholarship is awarded to the top-performing students in each optional subject offered by the institution, namely Commerce, English, Natural Science, Physical Science, and Social Science. Each selected student receives a scholarship amount of ₹5,000.

​Through this scholarship, the Management seeks to foster a culture of academic excellence, reward outstanding performance, and motivate students to pursue their educational goals with dedication and commitment.
