​The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of EMEA Training College, Kondotty, is committed to promoting and sustaining quality in all aspects of institutional functioning. Established in accordance with the guidelines of the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), the IQAC serves as a catalyst for continuous improvement by developing and implementing quality enhancement measures in academic and administrative practices.

​The Cell facilitates the planning, monitoring, and documentation of quality-related activities, ensuring the effective implementation of best practices and institutional policies. It encourages innovation in teaching-learning processes, promotes research and extension activities, strengthens stakeholder participation, and fosters a culture of academic excellence and accountability.

​The IQAC plays a vital role in coordinating quality initiatives, collecting and analysing institutional data, organizing faculty development and student enrichment programmes, and supporting the institution in achieving its vision and mission. Through continuous evaluation and collaborative efforts, the IQAC strives to enhance institutional performance and create an environment conducive to holistic development and lifelong learning.
